Providence Plaza, located directly across Providence Mine Road from Providence Park, was inspired by the popularity and success of Providence Park. Providence Plaza is younger, larger, and carries the same character as Providence Park. Providence Plaza was built in two phases, the last phase being completed in 1999.



Providence Park & Plaza are comprised of eight two-story buildings spread across seven city acres. Each building was built with attention to detail, pulling traditional Victorian styling into the new construction. All buildings are designed with steep, gabled roofs, wood and stone siding, and an abundance of French windows to view the surrounding areas.

Entry to all offices in each building is from a central courtyard for both first and second floors. This allows for easy access to neighboring businesses. Canopies provide covered stairways and walkways protection from weather. Sky-bridges connect separate buildings in Providence Plaza for ease of access without the disruption of traffic, weather, or stairs. Elevators also service these buildings.

Providence Park & Plaza provide ample off-street parking for both occupants and their guests. Buildings and parking lots are well-lit.

Providence Park & Plaza have been designed to accommodate almost any business professional. The buildings offer many suite layouts, ranging from 80 sq. ft. upwards to 10,000 sq. ft.
