Nevada City Office space for lease / Lease Terms

Standard lease terms are a minimum of one year, with the exception of executive suites, which are a minimum of six months.

Deposits required are equal to one month’s rent, and are fully refundable upon move-out unless excessive damage has been caused under possession.

Common area maintenance charges are accrued quarterly based on a suite’s square footage. Common area maintenance charges pay for the upkeep of the entire complex, as well as waste removal, water, and common lighting. As a tenant, you will have a “CAM” charge quarterly in lieu of water, sewage, and waste bills. We do our absolute best to conserve resources to ensure that common area maintenance charges are as low as practically possible. “CAM” charges are divided among TOTAL square footage of the complex, NOT occupied square footage.

Suite improvements are negotiable with a minimum of a two-year lease.
